How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Click “Submit a Ticket”
  2. Enter your Name, Account Email, Subject & your message.
  3. Save your Ticket ID!

Note: You cant check replies if you don't have your Ticket's Tracking ID & Email!

 

 

MAKE SURE TO SAVE YOUR TICKET ID!

 

IF YOU LOSE/FORGET YOUR TICKET'S TRACKING ID, CREATE A NEW TICKET!

How to Check For Replies to your Ticket

  1. Click “View Existing Ticket
  2. Enter your Ticket Tracking ID & Email
  3. Click to view your ticket's reply

 

 

CHECK YOUR "My Orders" PAGE FOR STATUS UPDATES BEFORE YOU SEND IN A TICKET!
