Before you send in a ticket...

Make sure you have your Order Number - without it we can't do anything!

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Click “Submit a Ticket”
  2. Enter your Name, Account Email, Subject & your message.
  3. Save your Ticket ID!

Note: You cant check replies if you don't have your Ticket's Tracking ID & Email!

We're only open on weekdays, NOT weekends! Weekend tickets will be replied to on Monday

 

 

How to Check For Replies to your Ticket

  1. Click “View Existing ticket”
  2. Enter your Ticket ID
  3. Click your ticket to view the reply

 

CHECK YOUR "My Orders" PAGE FOR STATUS UPDATES BEFORE YOU SEND IN A TICKET!

Order statuses are explained in the FAQ. Please look there before asking what they mean.

If your order is missing pictures or you need to edit information, try to edit your order on your "My Orders" page before paying by selecting "View/Edit".

If you already paid, send us a ticket with your order # and the names of those who need to be edited. We'll fix it if its not too late.

 

Cash App, PayPal, & Zelle have an extra 20% fee! Use BTC to avoid fees.

 

Sent your payment and it's not showing as paid?

It can take 1-4 days for your payment to be picked up! Past that time period? Send us a ticket with your order number and screenshot of your payment receipt.
