How to Submit a Ticket
- Click “Submit a Ticket”
- Enter your Name, Account Email, Subject & your message.
- Save your Ticket ID!
Note: You cant check replies if you don't have your Ticket's Tracking ID & Email!
MAKE SURE TO SAVE YOUR TICKET ID!
IF YOU LOSE/FORGET YOUR TICKET'S TRACKING ID, CREATE A NEW TICKET!

How to Check For Replies to your Ticket
- Click “View Existing Ticket”
- Enter your Ticket Tracking ID & Email
- Click to view your ticket's reply
CHECK YOUR "My Orders" PAGE FOR STATUS UPDATES BEFORE YOU SEND IN A TICKET!
Order statuses are explained in the FAQ. Please look there before asking what they mean.
